UPDATE: my computer now sees the wifi module of the card as a device, the wifi is no longer an unknown device, but its giving me error code 31 (windows cannot load the drivers) Now I need help with this. Any help?ĭlink DGE-530T pcie ethernet adapter (could this be why?) There is a bluetooth tab and i have verified that the bluetooth portion of this card is working, but it's wifi isnt.
Under the network adapters tab I didn't see anything that dealt with wifi but there was a new addition to the unknown devices tab. After installing its drivers and restarting I checked device manager to make sure it was working. I just bought a Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I 2x2 802.11ac dual band wifi + bluetooth 4.0 pcie card to put into my system so i can move it to where i want it to actually be instead of the office (this area i cant run a cable to).
